Scuba Diving Internship Programs
The Rainbow Reef Internship program is a unique opportunity to join a program that can train you for a future in the Scuba Diving Industry.
Why is it unique?
Because you don’t need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars on your training, and you get experience that you can’t pay for. Many Internship programs only train you up to DiveMaster and also ask you for several thousand dollars to participate. Our program trains you up to the 2nd level of PADI Instructor (Master Scuba Diver Trainer) and other than your food, books and PADI fees, our program is FREE.
Our philosophy is simple: If you were paying us, you would be a CUSTOMER
If we were paying you, you would be an EMPLOYEE. So since neither is happening, it is a TRUE INTERNSHIP. We have always wondered how all the rest of the programs out there can call it an Internship when they charge for it?! .
When you enter our program, we’ll train you from whatever your certification level is now, up through PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer. Not only do you get your PADI certifications, we’ll train you in areas such as Dive Center Operations, equipment maintenance and repair, Dive Boat Operations, Tank Visual Inspection, Air Fills, Compressor Operation, and Nitrox blending just to name a few areas.
It doesn't stop there!
You’ll even be able to log enough dives on our dive trips out to the beautiful reefs and wrecks of the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to meet all of the logged dive requirements of the various certification levels. It all adds up to the real world training experience you need to become a great Instructor and get a great basis for your future in the Scuba Diving Industry!
